Please use our ONLINE REPAIR FORM to provide us with all your name / address – equipment type – fault – and accessory details, this should be printed off and enclosed with your equipment, you may also wish to print of a copy for your own records. Remember to enclose a copy of your receipt of purchase if yours is a WARRANTY REPAIR…

Please ensure equipment is adequately packaged and you have enclosed any of the accessories we have asked you to send ie. Card / battery / charger, we do not require instruction books / software / cases etc.,
